Posisi strategis di PT Donlim Technology Indonesia yang berfokus pada pengelolaan kesehatan, keselamatan kerja, dan lingkungan hidup (HSE) khususnya terkait bahan kimia. Peran ini memimpin program kepatuhan regulasi, manajemen limbah B3, serta pengembangan sistem manajemen lingkungan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan operasional manufaktur.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement, and continuously improve chemical health and safety policies, procedures, and programs; Conduct chemical hazard identification, risk assessments, and workplace inspections; Monitor chemical handling, storage, transportation, and disposal activities; Provide technical guidance regarding chemical hazards, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures; Investigate chemical-related incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events; Organize and deliver safety training programs; Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and reporting requirements; Develop and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001; Lead environmental impact identification, emissions monitoring, and hazardous waste (B3) management programs; Coordinate environmental audits and regulatory inspections.
