PT KCC Glass Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Energy & Utility Assistant to support the efficient and reliable operation of energy and utility systems at our glass manufacturing facility in Batang, Central Java. Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field . Minimum 2 years of experience in energy, utility, or technical operations, preferably in manufacturing. Anda akan berperan langsung dalam menjaga keandalan operasional sistem energi dan utilitas pabrik melalui pemantauan rutin, inspeksi, pencatatan konsumsi, serta penanganan gangguan teknis. Posisi ini menuntut kedisiplinan terhadap prosedur keselamatan K3 serta kolaborasi erat dengan berbagai departemen teknik demi mendukung efisiensi energi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor electrical, water, gas, and other utility systems to ensure stable operations; Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of utility equipment; Record and report energy and utility consumption accurately; Identify abnormalities and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions; Support energy-saving and utility efficiency initiatives; Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to ensure reliable utility supply; Follow all K3, safety, and environmental procedures.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field; Minimum 2 years of experience in energy, utility, or technical operations, preferably in manufacturing; Good understanding of electrical systems, water distribution, and industrial utilities; Able to read technical drawings and equipment specifications; Familiar with measuring and monitoring instruments such as power meters and flow meters; Good communication and teamwork skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious; K3 certification is an advantage; Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
