Posisi CAD Drafter / CAD Designer dalam bidang pengembangan real estate dan manufaktur ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merancang, menyiapkan, serta mengembangkan gambar teknik yang akurat dan terperinci untuk mendukung berbagai proyek konstruksi bangunan dan manufaktur. Anda akan menerjemahkan konsep desain, sketsa, dan spesifikasi teknik menjadi model 2D maupun 3D yang memenuhi standar industri yang ketat. Peran ini menuntut kolaborasi yang erat dengan para arsitek, insinyur, manajer proyek, serta tim lintas fungsional lainnya guna memastikan setiap gambar kerja memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, kepatuhan teknis yang baik, serta selesai tepat waktu sesuai jadwal proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare, develop, and revise technical drawings using CAD software for real estate development, building construction, and manufacturing projects; Create detailed 2D drawings and, where required, 3D models based on design concepts, project specifications, and engineering requirements; Develop architectural, structural, layout, fabrication, or production drawings according to the company's project needs; Interpret sketches, design concepts, engineering specifications, and technical documentation into accurate drawings; Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, production teams, and other relevant departments to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility; Review and update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and project requirements; Ensure drawings comply with applicable technical standards, dimensions, tolerances, and project specifications; Organize and maintain drawing files, revisions, and technical documentation systematically; Support project execution and manufacturing processes by providing accurate and timely technical drawings.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Drafter, CAD Designer, or in a similar technical drawing role; Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, SolidWorks, Revit, or other relevant CAD/3D software is an advantage; Able to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and engineering details; Strong understanding of drafting standards, drawing scales, dimensioning, and technical documentation; Experience in property development, construction, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred; Able to produce accurate, detailed, and well-organized technical drawings; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Willing to revise drawings according to feedback and meet project deadlines; Proficiency in English is Must, Mandarin is a plus.
