PT Golden Victory Manufactures, bagian dari grup internasional terkemuka Stella Group berdasarkan di Tiongkok, tengah mendirikan pabrik baru di Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, yang berfokus pada industri sepatu olahraga. Kami membuka kesempatan bagi profesional handal untuk bergabung dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional pabrik. Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola dan meninjau pesanan serta perkiraan dari pelanggan guna mendukung perencanaan produksi yang lancar. Anda akan berkoordinasi secara lintas departemen dengan PPIC, Produksi, Pengadaan, Gudang, Kontrol Material, dan pihak pabrik untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu produksi dan pengiriman, memantau kemajuan pesanan, mengelola kebutuhan material berbasis ERP, serta menyusun laporan operasional secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and review customer orders and forecasts to support smooth production planning; Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Material Control, and Factory to ensure on-time production and shipment; Monitor order progress, production schedules, material availability, and delivery status; Plan material requirements based on customer demand, forecast, and factory capacity; Maintain accurate order, material, and BOM data in the ERP system; Monitor inventory, label, packing, and tooling requirements; Prepare regular reports related to orders, planning, and inventory; Coordinate with related departments and factories to resolve operational issues; Support continuous improvement and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
