PT Golden Victory Manufactures is a subsidiary of the Stella Group International, a large-scale enterprise based in China. The company is currently establishing a new manufacturing facility in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, focusing on the sports shoe industry. The Business Team plays a critical role in bridging customer requirements with factory operations. This position involves managing and reviewing customer orders and forecasts to facilitate efficient production planning. The role requires close coordination with various departments, including PPIC, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Material Control, and the factory floor, to ensure timely production and shipment. Responsibilities include monitoring order progress, production schedules, material availability, and delivery status, as well as planning material requirements based on demand and factory capacity. Additionally, the team is responsible for maintaining accurate data in the ERP system, including orders, materials, and BOMs. They monitor inventory, labeling, packing, and tooling requirements, prepare regular reports on planning and inventory, and collaborate with related departments to resolve operational issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
