Posisi Compliance & Environmental Staff bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap seluruh regulasi lingkungan, ketenagakerjaan, serta kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi pelatihan kepatuhan, pengelolaan limbah B3 maupun domestik, pemantauan aspek lingkungan pabrik, serta dukungan penuh terhadap implementasi standar ISO.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labor, environmental, occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and customer requirements; Coordinate compliance training, including training schedules, materials, attendance, and documentation; Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans (CAPs) from internal audits, external audits, and customer assessments; Manage and monitor hazardous waste (B3), domestic waste, and production waste; Monitor wastewater quality, emissions, and other environmental aspects of manufacturing operations; Prepare environmental reports, including RKL-RPL and internal environmental reports; Assist with environmental permits and reporting requirements, including SIMPEL and AMDAL-related matters; Support greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations and environmental sustainability initiatives; Maintain compliance and environmental documentation and support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Law, or a related field; 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing; Good understanding of environmental management, waste management, labor regulations, and occupational health and safety; Familiarity with RKL-RPL reporting, SIMPEL, and AMDAL-related requirements is an advantage; Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; Knowledge of GHG calculations, SBTi, and ZDHC is an advantage; Good analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills; Detail-oriented and able to coordinate with different departments.
