Conducting research and analysis to create the concept of new products. Designing systems and components that meet the needs and requirements using engineering tools. Building prototypes of automation systems and mechanical components, testing them, and improving the design until the product is ready to manufacture. Providing good reports and documentation. Reviewing and evaluating existing products to suggest ways to improve them. Managing team members and working together to accomplish the goal. Working and collaborating with other professionals, both inside and outside the engineering sector. Planning milestones, project time frame, and goals.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Precision Tooling, or related field; At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic molding; Experience in product testing, validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), and DoE execution; Strong understanding of plastic injection materials, processes, and technologies; Proficient in Moldflow Simulation and Analysis; Strong knowledge in Design of Experiments (DoE) for mold optimization; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and cost efficiency.
