We are looking for an Estimator who acts as a financial architect, capable of identifying potential costs, managing risks, and serving as a key player in our projects. You will be responsible for calculating project costs and ensuring competitive pricing for materials. The ideal candidate understands material specifications, can read technical drawings, and is diligent in preparing comprehensive cost estimates that include labor, equipment, overhead, and profit margins.
Tanggung jawab: Calculate RAB (Budget Plan) and unit prices for components; Identify and contact suppliers to obtain competitive and accurate material prices; Prepare complete cost estimates including material, labor, equipment, overhead, and profit margins.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred); Understand material specifications; Ability to read technical drawings.
