Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially garmet is advantage
• Required language(s): English
• Have a good understanding of textile properties, testing methods, and quality standards
• Understands the different stages of garment manufacturing and potential quality issues
• Have self motivation, dynamic and task driven

Tanggung Jawab

• Managing laboratory equipment, consumables, and procedures for testing fabric and garment properties
• Conducting various tests, including physical (e.g., GSM, shrinkage), chemical (e.g., colorfastness, flammability), and mechanical (e.g., seam strength, abrasion resistance) tests
• Identifying and resolving quality issues during bulk production, such as color shading, fabric damage, or width variations
• Working with technical officers, production teams, and suppliers to address quality issues and ensure adherence to standards
• Maintaining records of testing results, supplier performance, and issues encountered during production
• Assisting in evaluating supplier performance based on material quality and adherence to specifications
• Ensuring adherence to relevant standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015, and undergoing training to maintain accreditation
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures during testing processes
• Handle Nike lab accreditation with 3rd party annually
