Export & Import Specialist / Customs Specialist Role Overview
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and execute export and import operations in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and company standards; Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all export and import activities while maintaining a high level of operational excellence; Prepare, maintain, and monitor export-import documentation and operational reports; Review and manage import/export declarations (PIB/PEB) and related customs documentation; Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth clearance and delivery processes; Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and responsive support; Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including the PSA BDP Code of Conduct; Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, export-import operations, or a related industry; Strong understanding of import and export documentation, including Import Declarations (PIB) and Export Declarations (PEB); Experience in managing import and export activities under the KITE facility is preferred; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage; Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Experience working in a Bonded Zone environment is preferred; familiarity with Special Economic Zones (SEZ) will be an advantage; Willing to be based in Kendal & Batang, Central Java.
