Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, export-import operations, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of import and export documentation, including Import Declarations (PIB) and Export Declarations (PEB)
• Experience in managing import and export activities under the KITE facility is preferred
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Bonded Zone environment is preferred; familiarity with Special Economic Zones (SEZ) will be an advantage
• Willing to be based in Kendal & Batang, Central Java

Tanggung Jawab

• Coordinate and execute export and import operations in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and company standards
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all export and import activities while maintaining a high level of operational excellence
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor export-import documentation and operational reports
• Review and manage import/export declarations (PIB/PEB) and related customs documentation
• Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth clearance and delivery processes
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and responsive support
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including the PSA BDP Code of Conduct
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
