Deskripsi pekerjaan
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the textile industry, including at least 3 years handling subcontract fabric processing, fabric purchasing, textile production. Good knowledge of knitted fabrics, knitting, dyeing, fabric purchasing, and fabric quality standards. Experience working with subcontract manufacturers or external fabric processing suppliers. Good command of spoken and written English (able to speak Mandarin is a plus). Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise subcontract manufacturers and external fabric processing suppliers for knitting, dyeing, and other related fabric processing activities; Prepare, issue, and follow up fabric processing orders while monitoring production schedules, quality, and on-time delivery; Manage subcontract supplier performance and resolve production, quality, and delivery issues; Ensure processed fabrics meet company specifications and customer requirements; Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, Merchandising, and Quality Control to ensure smooth material flow; Maintain processing records and support continuous improvement of subcontract processing performance.
