Finance Manager - MNC Manufacturing [ Semarang ]

Lead end-to-end finance operations for the Indonesia business while acting as a strategic partner to management. This role oversees FP&A, reporting, controlling, tax, and daily finance operations, while driving transformation initiatives. Description Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Oversee reporting, controlling, cash flow, AP/AR, and tax planning

Provide commercial insights to support business decisions Drive process improvements and finance transformation Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls

Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams Placement in Semarang Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; CPA or Brevet Tax certification will be an advantage Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years with strong tax exposure Manufacturing background is preferred
