Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
• Knowledge of banking operations
• Basic understanding of taxation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks is an advantage)
• Familiar with Internet Banking and Cash Management Systems
• Brevet A/B/C certification is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for supervising and controlling the company's financial operations, including:
• ✅ Oversee daily cash and banking transactions
• ✅ Supervise vendor payments and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• ✅ Monitor and control advances, and cash advances
• ✅ Ensure proper implementation and compliance with Finance SOPs
• ✅ Review bank reconciliations and financial records
• ✅ Support monthly financial closing in accordance with established timelines
• ✅ Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Banks, Vendors, and other related departments
• ✅ Support internal and external audit activities
