Job Description Assist in executing visual assets across brand accounts under Allure Industries. Translate brand direction and campaign ideas into daily design concepts under senior supervision. Create standard marketing assets, including social media posts, digital banners, presentation decks, ads, and basic print materials. Conduct initial self-quality checks on design outputs before submitting them for senior review. Collaborate with social media specialists, content creators, and senior designers on daily tasks. Support visual production for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns. Proactively seek feedback from senior team members to improve technical skills and design quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field ( fresh graduates or 0–2 years of relevant experience). Solid portfolio demonstrating foundational skills in visual design, layout, and social media content. Strong basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with digital-first content formats and current social media design trends. Proficiency in core design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva). High attention to detail, strong willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
