Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial position
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management
• Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (HSK Level 4 or above preferred) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry will be an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs to improve competencies and performance
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Build positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Coordinate with department managers to identify workforce needs and support organizational growth
• Communicate effectively with foreign management and headquarters regarding HR-related matters
• Lead and develop the HR team to achieve department goals
