Mandarin Speaker

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 4/5 or equivalent); able to communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues. English proficiency is a plus.

Familiar with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and personnel administration. Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR regulations is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java .
