PT Golden Victory Manufactures merupakan bagian dari Stella Group International yang berbasis di China (https://www.stella.com.hk/). Saat ini, perusahaan sedang dalam proses membangun pabrik baru di Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, yang bergerak di industri sepatu olahraga. Posisi HR Training Centre bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola pelatihan keterampilan pra-kerja bagi karyawan baru selama 15–21 hari, mengembangkan serta memelihara matriks keterampilan dan basis data pelatihan karyawan. Anda juga akan memantau pengembangan multi-keterampilan karyawan dengan target 5–10% per tahun, mengelola KPI pelatihan, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan keterampilan, serta mengoordinasikan dan mengawasi pelatih keterampilan (Skill Trainers) untuk mendukung peningkatan kompetensi karyawan produksi secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage pre-job skill training for new employees for 15–21 days; Develop and maintain employee Skill Matrix and skill level records; Manage the e-training platform and training database; Monitor employee multi-skill development with a target of 5–10% annually; Monitor training KPIs and identify employee skill gaps; Coordinate and supervise Skill Trainers and training activities; Support continuous improvement of production employees' skills and competencies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in any major; Experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in a manufacturing or footwear industry; Good communication and database management skills; Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
