Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, or Process Engineering role within a high-volume garment manufacturing environment. * Certifications: Lean certification, Yellow / Blue / Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred. * Expertise: Deep expertise in Lean methodologies: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Pull Systems (Kanban/JIT), and problem-solving techniques (PDCA, 5why, 8 Steps Problem Solving) * Technical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and an ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Soft Skills: Proven track record in leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
