Kualifikasi

• Mininum D3/S1 Teknik Industri (Industrial Engineering)
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong Communication, analytical, and mathematics skills
• Can Operate Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel (Formula and Function)
• IE work experience in textile manufacturing enterprises, not limited to bags/shoes/clothing
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java
• Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Job Responsibilities:
• Good at making Layout, Line balancing, and Kaizen on site
• Familiar with the QCO quick transfer process
• Data processing capabilities
• Project management capabilities
• Lean sense and could do lean training
• Able to create line balancing rates and cycle times
• Implement improvements within the production line
• Help production identify process bottlenecks and resolve production issues
• Able to increase production efficiency
• Able to collaborate and maintain coordination
• Able to identify process difficulties
• Create changeover plans and flows
• Execute changeovers from preparation to completion
• Identify key quality issues and challenging processes in trial batches
