About the role We are seeking an IT-Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT Donlim Technology Indonesia in Demak, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our networks and systems administration operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations of our systems. Your proficiency in Mandarin will be essential as you may interact with our Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues, adding significant value to our international operations and customer service capabilities.

Key responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure, networks, and systems Maintain and monitor network systems to ensure optimal performance and security

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment Respond promptly to IT support requests and help desk tickets from end-users Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records of all IT activities

Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and provide support Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, patches, and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
