Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pengajaran bahasa Jepang di Semarang, mencakup penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pembuatan pre-test dan post-test, penyiapan SAP (Satuan Acara Pengajaran) untuk durasi 6 bulan, serta pembuatan laporan kemajuan dan evaluasi siswa secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Teaching grammar, vocabulary, kanji, and conversational skills (kaiwa) across diverse proficiency levels; Creating lesson plans, evaluating student performance through regular tests, and tracking progress; Preparing SAP for the next 6 months; Curriculum Familiarity: Working knowledge of standard textbooks like Irodori or Minna no Nihongo; Share insights into Japanese culture, work ethics, and professional conduct; Placement : Semarang.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 certification; Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Japanese education, Japanese literature, or related field; At least 1 years of teaching experience, depending on whether the role is for local language training centers, schools, or online platforms; Deep understanding of Japanese language and culture; Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to teaching.
