Tanggung jawab: Develop skills, knowledge, and mindset required to lead in the dynamic world of retail; Participate in structured learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and strategic projects.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3,25; Minimum 1 year experience preferable in retail industry; Active in organization/have internship experience is a MUST; Target-driven, customer-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills; Interested in sales strategy and business development; Able to lead and coordinate a team; Willing to work on weekend/holidays; Willing to be placed in any EIGER ADVENTURE STORE (in Indonesia).
