The Future Leaders Programme is designed to nurture and develop retail management talents, preparing individuals for long-term careers in store operations. This programme offers comprehensive on-the-job training, intensive coaching, and classroom teaching to equip trainees with vital store management skills. The programme lasts between 6-12 months, depending on individual management skills and specific training needs. Trainees will receive hands-on exposure to store management, including customer service, cashiering, product knowledge, roster planning, budgeting, and people management, with regular feedback sessions and mentorship throughout the scheme.
