The Manager QC is responsible for ensuring that the entire production process for bags and luggage meets company quality standards and customer specifications. This includes overseeing everything from raw material inspection to the final product inspection. The role involves developing and implementing SOPs, inspection standards, and quality control systems. The Manager QC leads the team, coordinates with other departments, analyzes defects and customer complaints, and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
