Departments with Open Positions: Production Management, Industrial Engineering (IE), Planning, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Textile & Fabric, and other related departments.
Tanggung jawab: Participate in the company's designed learning and rotation program to gain an in-depth understanding of operational processes across various departments; Assist departments in completing daily operational management tasks; Engage in project execution and cross-functional collaboration, and propose improvement recommendations; Regularly report on learning outcomes and provide phase-by-phase work summaries; Demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership potential.
