Develop, configure, and optimize Manufacturing/CNC machining process to produce machined parts. Assess and evaluate design to manufacture based on the 2D and 3D. Design and implement innovative processes, systems, and solutions to enhance production rates and output quality. Manage the introduction of new products and processes into the production environment for mass production, including the development of technical documentation. Manage cost and time constraints to maintain operational efficiency. Perform risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA/DFMEA) to identify potential failures in the production process.
