Posisi Manufacturing Process Expert in the Garment bertugas untuk menganalisis seluruh rangkaian proses produksi dari hulu ke hilir guna menciptakan efisiensi kerja dan memberikan solusi teknis terbaik demi kepuasan pelanggan. Peran ini mengandalkan penerapan metodologi Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, serta keahlian mendalam pada proses manufaktur khususnya di industri garmen, otomotif, atau furnitur.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Identify and analyze problems within production processes; 2. Develop and implement process improvement projects; 3. Collect and analyze data to support process improvement decisions; 4. Develop and implement solutions to improve process quality and efficiency; 5. Measure and evaluate the results of process improvement projects; SKILL :; 1. Ability to analyze data and use methods to support process improvement decisions; 2. Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams and stakeholders; 3. Ability to think critically and creatively in identifying and solving problems; 4. Ability to manage projects and ensure timely completion within budget; 5. Ability to use tools and techniques such as DMAIC, Lean, and production process control; 6. Demonstred expertise in practices, procedures and organization related to cutting/manufacturing processes in the targeted industries: Apparel, Automotive, Firniture; 7. Fluent in English is a must (read, written and spoken); 8. Have a Certificate of lean Manufacturing System, YELLOW BELT, GREEN BELT or BLACK BELT, KAIZEN; EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :; Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Textile, Automotive; Minimum of 3-5 years of solid successful experience in Manufacturing (management and manufacturing process analysis special in the Garment); Experience in consulting will be a plus.
Kualifikasi: Demonstred expertise in practices, procedures and organization related to cutting/manufacturing processes in the targeted industries: Apparel, Automotive, Furniture; Proven expertise and practice of applications related to the manufacturing processes in at least one of the above industries with high level of knowledge of manufacturing Customer processes; Familiar with CAD & CAM applications dedicated to targeted industry and have a good working knowledge of the production process within this industry; First class communication and presentation skills (written and oral); Energetic and adaptable; Fluent in English is a must (read, written and spoken); Ability to cope with constant pressure (without comprising standards) by being well organized and planning time well; High level of adaptability; Have a Certificate of Lean Manufacturing System : YELLOW BELT, GREEN BELT, BLACK BELT or KAIZEN.
