Actively explore and generate new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics market, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Tanggung jawab: Identify, develop, and acquire new customers to expand the company's business portfolio; Actively explore and generate new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics market; Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; Prepare and follow up on quotations, bids, tenders, and sales proposals in a timely manner; Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities; Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence; Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, warehousing, or related industries will have an advantage; Own transportation (car) is preferred; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets; Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently; Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and develop customer accounts.
