PT Formulatrix Indonesia is a company focused on delivering high-precision laboratory automation solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer based in Central Java, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative automation products, from initial concept through to manufacturing readiness. Your responsibilities will span mechanical design, robotics, system integration, and product validation. You will conduct research to create new product concepts, design systems using engineering tools, build and test prototypes, and manage projects to ensure milestones are met. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to evaluate existing products for continuous improvement.
Tanggung jawab: Conducting research and analysis to create the concept of new products; Designing systems and components that meet the needs and requirements using engineering tools; Building prototypes of automation systems and mechanical components, testing them, and improving the design until the product is ready to manufacture; Providing good reports and documentation; Reviewing and evaluating existing products to suggest ways to improve them; Managing team members and working together to accomplish the goal; Working and collaborating with other professionals, both inside and outside the engineering sector; Planning milestones, project time frame, and goals; Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques; Monitoring and commissioning engineering system.
