PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (). Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is a Plus Minimum 1 year of experience in utility operations or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work well in a team.
Tanggung jawab: Operate, monitor, and maintain factory utility systems, including electrical, water treatment, wastewater, compressed air, and gas supply systems; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment such as generators, UPS, transformers, pumps, RO systems, compressors, and distribution systems; Troubleshoot utility system failures and restore equipment to minimize downtime; Support utility installation, expansion, and equipment improvement projects; Monitor utility consumption and support energy, water, and resource efficiency initiatives; Ensure compliance with EHS standards, company safety procedures, and applicable regulations; Prepare maintenance records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
