Posisi Operation Control Staff bertanggung jawab mengawasi dan memonitor operasional harian tim penjualan, memastikan sistem proses berjalan lancar, mengelola dokumentasi operasional, serta mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan hambatan operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and monitor the daily operations of our Sales Team; Keep a close watch on process systems to ensure everything runs like clockwork; Manage and curate vital daily, weekly, and monthly operational documentation; Identify operational hurdles and execute swift, effective resolutions.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) of Economics or Accounting; Proven experience in Controlling Staff, specifically in Account Receivable (AR) Monitoring; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data processing and analysis); Result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging targets; Willingness to be placed in North Jakarta.
