Tanggung jawab: · As the person in charge or main contact with the head office/product development department related with packaging design; · Receive information for packaging specifications such as drawing, detail material and colour way; · Review and analysis all documents transfer new packaging and make sure the documents are correct; · Prepare all documents related with new packaging based on received documents from head office/product development; · Share all documents for new packaging to relevant department; · Prepare timeline to implement the new packaging; · Conduct meeting with relevant department for new packaging; · Together with purchasing department to find the right supplier; · Request to purchasing department for sample; · Conduct PPOS (Proof Print On Site) Together with Packaging supplier to ensure the Colour and other packaging specification meet the requirement; · Review and analysis the sample as per specification; · Send the sample from supplier to the head office/product development for analysis; · Inform to relevant department that the sample is correct and can be used for mass production; · Make report with analysis for implementation new packaging process to manager.
Kualifikasi: · University degree in engineering/any field; · Having 3-5 years of experience in the development or purchasing of electronic medical products will be advantage; · Ability to review drawing, detail product and color; · Have knowledge about packaging type both corrugated & non corrugated; · Knowledge/experience to create of BOM for product; · Well organized, with proven project work experience and the ability to work with very tight deadlines to complete project designs and changes. Predictively estimate the project risk before the design starts and arrange appropriate treatment measures; · Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage; Skills :; · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator; · Having knowledge of ISO 9001; · Have a good analytical thinking; · Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication; · Good written and spoken in English.
