Perusahaan manufaktur membuka lowongan Production Supervisor untuk ditempatkan di Pati, Jawa Tengah. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi, mengoordinasikan, serta memimpin seluruh rangkaian aktivitas di area produksi agar target output, standar mutu, dan efisiensi kerja tercapai secara optimal sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Tanggung jawab utama supervisor produksi meliputi pengaturan alokasi tugas operator, memastikan kepatuhan proses terhadap standar SOP, GMP, HACCP, serta keamanan pangan, mengontrol penggunaan bahan baku guna menekan limbah produksi, serta memantau kinerja mesin dan berkoordinasi dengan tim maintenance. Anda juga bertugas memastikan pencapaian target efisiensi per shift, memantau kualitas produk bersama tim QC, menyusun laporan produksi harian, mengimplementasikan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), serta melakukan evaluasi kinerja terhadap seluruh operator produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and production schedules; Manage operator task allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower.; Ensure production processes comply with SOP, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards; Control raw material usage and minimize production waste; Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team for technical issues; Ensure achievement of output, yield, and production efficiency targets per shift; Monitor product quality during production according to QC standards; Prepare daily production reports including output, machine downtime, and operational issues; Identify improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and production efficiency; Guide and evaluate production operators’ performance; Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety in the production area; Coordinate with other departments such as PPIC, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering; Implement and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including Autonomous Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and OEE monitoring to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years experience in manufacturing production (preferably food/FMCG industry); Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, or ISO standards is an advantage; Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including Autonomous Maintenance, OEE, and Continuous Improvement initiatives; Strong leadership and team management skills; Able to analyze production problems and implement process improvements; Accustomed to working with production targets and shift systems; Good communication and coordination skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting; Willing to be placed in Pati, Central Java; All Recruitment Process are free of charge.
