Tanggung jawab: The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement processes for all materials and products used in furniture production, ensuring that the company maintains cost-efficiency while securing high-quality materials. This position requi; Develop and implement purchasing strategies to support production schedules and business needs; Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery schedules; Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and availability of raw materials; Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and contractors; Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and sustainability goals; Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability aligns with production timelines; Manage the purchasing team, providing leadership and direction to achieve departmental goals; Track market trends, supplier performance, and product innovation to support strategic decisions; Prepare and maintain accurate reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels, and cost savings; Address issues related to supply chain disruptions, quality control, and supplier performance.
