A Quality Assurance role focused on maintaining the production standards of gloves. The QA Staff is responsible for the end-to-end quality control process, ensuring that every stage of production meets the company's established quality benchmarks. The role involves conducting inspections from raw materials to the final finished product. The incumbent will also be responsible for analyzing reject rates and identifying areas for improvement to ensure that only high-quality products reach the market.
