SAP knowledge will be an added advantage; Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams while driving accountability and performance; Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices; Strong knowledge of QA systems, procedures, and customer standards, with the ability to enforce compliance across operations; Capability to analyze reports (AQL, defect summaries, performance data) and make data-driven decisions; Competence in monitoring in-process parameters, machine settings, and production standards to ensure product integrity; Strong attention to detail in maintaining records and preparing performance reports for management oversight; Readiness to take decisive actions to safeguard product quality; Commitment to developing staff and building organizational quality awareness and technical capability.
