Quality Assurance Officer

Job Purpose To ensure that the company's products, services, or processes meet internal and external quality standards through monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of quality policies and or all compliance that implemented. This role is on-site, based at Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java.

Key Responsibilities Develop, Implement and Monitor the standard requirements from management system certification and product quality certification based on national and international compliance and statutory. Conduct internal audits regularly to ensure all systems are complying with all compliances that are implemented.

Analyze audit findings and collaborate with relevant teams to formulate corrective and preventive action plans. Prepare systematic and accurate reports of inspections, audits, and evaluations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by collecting data, analyzing quality issues, and providing recommendations.

Implement and monitor all the documentation (Policies, SOPs, Work Instruction and Form). Together with related departments develop technical instructions and existing documents to accommodate the revise and improvement. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees regarding quality standards, policies, and QA processes. Coordinate with external parties and internal parties to prepare the external audits.

Follow up on customer complaints related to product or service quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
