Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, especially at cable manufacturer Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Supervisor. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in the fiber optic cable, optical cable, telecommunication cable industry, or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
