EIGER is looking for a talented Retail Assistant to join the team in Majenang. The Retail Assistant is at the frontline of selling activities, responsible for providing experiential customer service and helping customers find solutions for their outdoor activity needs. The role involves advising customers, explaining product features, materials, and technology, and managing the flow of products from arrival at the store to the final sale.

Kualifikasi: Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores.
