EIGER is a prominent Indonesian company specializing in outdoor activity equipment. As a Retail Assistant, you will serve as the frontline representative of the brand, responsible for delivering an experiential customer service journey. Your role involves acting as an advisor to customers, identifying their specific outdoor needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and drive sales. Beyond customer service, you will manage end-to-end sales activities, including product handling from arrival at the store until the final purchase. You are expected to be a knowledgeable source of information, capable of explaining product features, functions, materials, technology, and maintenance to customers, thereby fostering a collaborative and innovative shopping environment.
Tanggung jawab: Build communication with customers to identify outdoor activity needs; Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements; Explain detailed product information (features, function, material, technology, treatment); Involve in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer purchase.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in sales/marketing (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer-oriented; Willing to work shifts and on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably domiciled near EIGER stores.
