RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk posisi Sales Assistant Manager pada perusahaan Label Garment. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan pengelolaan penjualan tingkat regional serta membawahi sejumlah bawahan di industri manufaktur label garmen. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi penciptaan anggaran penjualan, pemeliharaan hubungan dengan klien kunci, penanganan layanan pelanggan, serta pengelolaan pengiriman dan penyelesaian keluhan guna memastikan standar kualitas dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan tetap terjaga.
Tanggung jawab: Create annual sales budget compilation by customer, brand and marketing class; Responsible for customer service related tasks to maintain existing clients; Manage deliveries with consideration for urgency and flexibility required together with production team; Maximize pricing/margins outside of set global pricing; Maintain key customer relationship building with their key level members within the organization; Ensuring debtors book is maintained at group policy level; Review customer complaints and non-conformances to suggest corrective & preventative actions; Execute requests for Product Development and Sampling through correct channels and policies; Ensure all correct documentation and policies are followed when suggesting stock inputs on behalf of customers/vendors; Other tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi: Min. Bachelor's degree; Min. Business level English proficiency (used to communicating with foreigners); Min. 3 years of experience as sales assistant manager in label manufacture for garment industry with experience in handling subordinates; Willingness to travel to visit clients in Central Java and West Java area; Good communication and negotiation skills; [Only CV in English will be processed].
