Sebagai Sales Cargo Executive, Anda akan berperan penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan melalui pencarian peluang pasar baru, menjaga hubungan erat dengan pelanggan, serta berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan departemen operasional guna memastikan kelancaran penanganan dan pengiriman kargo di kantor cabang Semarang.
Tanggung jawab: Explore and secure new business opportunities for export/import/domestic shipments; Achieve or exceed sales target; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Respond to customers’ inquiry on rates and services with professionalism and excellence; Negotiate rates and terms with customers and partners; Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisor; Collaborate with sales team to implement effective marketing strategies; Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Prior work experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or airlines company is preferred; Able to operate Microsoft Office; Enjoys working with people and motivated by target; Good proficiency in English; Broad understanding of global freight forwarding industry (Sea & Air, ISOtank, Domestic); Willing to Work From Office at Semarang office.
