Supervise all activities in the sales area so as to comply with the applicable procedures.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect data related to geographical, cultural, and demographic conditions (age range, profession, gender, and culture) from the targeted sales area to market the product
- Establishment of measurement target for each sales (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Discover new customers (Coverage Extensions)
- Update and leverage sales activity assistance sheets
- Management of same-day sales proceeds for each sales
- Facilitates Field Execution
- Diagnoses the operation of sales activities based on the plan and strengthens sales capabilities
- Comprehensive status diagnosis & reporting (Performance, Field monitoring, Collection of information)
- Carry out the authorization function in the sales area as regulated in the document of Authorization Level
- Supervise all activities in the sales area so as to comply with the applicable procedures
