About the role PT GENKI WISATA INTERNASIONAL is seeking a Staff Akuntan (Accounting Staff) to join our finance team. This is a full-time position based in Kota Blora, Central Java . In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial reporting processes. As an accounting professional, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to the financial health and transparency of the organisation. This position is essential to our finance operations and directly supports management decision-making through reliable financial data. Key responsibilities Recording and processing daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and journal entries. Preparing sales invoices and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Inputting financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and efficiently. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable administration. Preparing and maintaining financial documents and supporting records. Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Performing bank reconciliation and identifying any discrepancies. Calculating and preparing tax-related documents, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 22, and PPh 23. Creating tax withholding slips and assisting tax reporting through Coretax. Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures. Assisting with financial audits by preparing required documentation. Maintaining organised filing systems for financial and tax documents.
