Kualifikasi

• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in Sewing Floor Quality is preferrable
• Must have experience in lead the team especially in production/quality or related area
• Familiar with manufacturing industry especially in production area
• Have good communication & negotiation skills
• Must have safe and healthy minded
• Required language(s): English both speaking & writing
• Having Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major is added advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Particular candidate is needed to overlook the 12 sewing modules
• Ensure coordination and smooth communication between QC leaders, operators, and production teams
• Monitor garment production to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company quality standards
• Conduct in-line and end-line inspections to detect defects and prevent recurring issues
• Identify root causes of quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, defects, and corrective actions
• Drive the team for department KPI's to provide excellent product to the customer
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, buyer standards, and international quality certifications
