The Staff RND role focuses on the end-to-end product development lifecycle. This includes designing, formulating, and testing new product concepts from initial research through to trial runs. The role is also responsible for analyzing and upgrading existing formulas or manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. Additionally, the position involves conducting laboratory experiments, stability tests, and data analysis to ensure product safety and performance. The Staff RND must maintain detailed documentation of trials and formulas while ensuring compliance with SOPs and industry regulations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Production, Marketing, QA, and Procurement teams to transition prototypes into commercial production, while also monitoring market trends and emerging technologies.
