This role focuses on supervising and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations to maintain high product quality. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret quality data and performance metrics. The supervisor will coordinate internal and external audits, manage review activities, and work effectively within cross-functional teams to ensure that product development processes meet all quality requirements.
