Kami mengelola proses rekrutmen end-to-end untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan. Posisi Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding bertanggung jawab dalam sourcing kandidat, screening, interview, hingga monitoring hiring funnel dan manpower planning untuk memastikan kebutuhan talenta perusahaan terpenuhi dengan kandidat yang sesuai budaya kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels; Manage candidate source to ensure a continuous stream of candidates; Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants; Identify great talents for potential needs in the company; Interview candidate for culture-fit selection process; Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and manpower planning from hiring managers.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management; Preferably having 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit; Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills; Proactive, ambitious, and persistent; Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
