Kualifikasi

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Managerial / Leadership level within a Technical, Engineering, or Product Development role, specifically in the Furniture / Woodworking / Interior Fit-Out industry
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Product Design, or a relevant technical field
• Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Strong engineering background with deep knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and furniture construction
• Proficient in technical drawing and 3D software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD (familiarity with SketchUp, 3DS Max, or Lumion is a plus)
• Exceptional ability to read technical drawings, map out manufacturing process flows, and execute precise Bill of Materials (BOM) & Costing breakdowns
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or Manufacturing ERP Systems (experience with Odoo is a plus) for tracking and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-divisional coordination skills
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Working Conditions: Standard office work environment with minimal physical risks or demanding physical activities
• Internal Coordination: Actively coordinate and consult with PPIC, Production (technical consultation), R&D, and Marketing divisions
• External Coordination: Interface with Project Designers, Project MK (Management Konstruksi), Marketing PMs, and Vendors
