PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (). Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java , which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines (including sewing and stockfit machines); Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical machine problems; Inspect machines to ensure safe and efficient operation; Record maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports; Support production by improving machine performance and minimizing downtime; Follow company safety procedures and standards; Work with the production team to resolve equipment issues; Assist in improving equipment reliability and productivity; Requirements:; Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience in machine maintenance; Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance; Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Able to work well in a team.
