PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/). Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java , which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines (including sewing and stockfit machines)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical machine problems
- Inspect machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Record maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports
- Support production by improving machine performance and minimizing downtime
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
- Work with the production team to resolve equipment issues
- Assist in improving equipment reliability and productivity
- Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in machine maintenance
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well in a team
